We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Analyst to join our team, responsible for managing our digital presence, enhancing engagement, and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:
  • Maintain and update WordPress website with new content, ensuring an optimized user experience.
  • Manage plugins, SEO optimization, and website performance.
• Marketing Automation:
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM integrations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop, edit, and publish engaging marketing content, including blogs, case studies, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and marketing KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles.
• Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry or B2B marketing is a plus.
