We leverage AI, automation, and deep industry expertise to deliver high-impact talent solutions across the U.S., UAE, and Canada. As we scale, we’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to help us source top SAP and tech talent, engage with candidates, and refine our AI-powered recruitment strategies.

The Role:

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, recruitment technology, and AI. You’ll work closely with senior recruiters and leadership to identify, attract, and engage top-tier SAP and tech professionals. Expect hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates, as well as working with AI-powered recruitment tools to optimize hiring processes.

What You'll Do:

• Source and engage top SAP and emerging tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-powered sourcing tools
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on client requirements
• Manage and update candidate pipelines in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment marketing content
• Research and analyze talent market trends to support recruitment strategies
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work directly with recruiters and leadership to optimize talent acquisition workflows

Who You Are:

• Passionate about recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition
• Familiar with SAP and emerging technology roles (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and recruitment tools for sourcing talent
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven startup environment

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in technical recruiting, especially SAP talent
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, or ATS platforms
• Knowledge of hiring trends in emerging technologies and consulting industries
• Experience in HR, staffing, or talent management
