As we scale, we need a sharp and ambitious Marketing Intern to help build our brand, engage with our audience, and drive growth.

The Role:

This internship is for someone who’s creative, analytical, and obsessed with marketing. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to craft compelling content, manage campaigns, and build growth strategies using AI and automation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll gain real-world experience in marketing execution, branding, and digital growth.

What You'll Do:

• Create and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Website, etc.) that showcases Recfront’s AI-powered recruitment solutions
• Develop marketing automation workflows using tools like ChatGPT, HubSpot, and Zapier
• Research and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility
• Assist in content creation—blog posts, whitepapers, email campaigns, and more
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements
• Support PR initiatives, media outreach, and thought leadership campaigns
• Work directly with the CEO to execute high-priority growth initiatives
• Think outside the box, experiment, learn, iterate, and scale what works

Who You Are:

• A self-starter with a strong interest in AI, marketing, and digital growth
• Familiar with content marketing, SEO, social media, and email automation
• Comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT, and no-code platforms
• Excellent communicator with a knack for storytelling and branding
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven
• Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points:

• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the HR/Recruitment/Tech industry
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies
• Built or experimented with AI-powered content creation tools
• Previous exposure to PR, media relations, or growth hacking
