As we scale, we’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Intern to help us generate leads, engage with prospects, and drive revenue growth.

The Role:

This internship is for someone who’s proactive, persuasive, and eager to build a career in sales. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute outbound sales strategies, nurture relationships with potential clients, and contribute to Recfront’s business expansion. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll gain real-world experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and AI-powered sales automation.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Assist in building AI-driven sales workflows using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers in target industries
  • Draft compelling sales pitches and follow-up sequences
  • Track and manage leads in our CRM, ensuring consistent engagement
  • Work directly with the CEO and sales team to optimize outreach strategies
  • Experiment, iterate, and refine sales tactics based on data-driven insights

Who You Are:

  • A self-starter with a strong interest in sales and business development
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships with potential clients
  • Familiar with LinkedIn networking, email marketing, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communicator with strong persuasive skills
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the HR/Recruitment/Tech industry
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales automation and lead generation tools
