Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Visibility: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to strengthen our client’s standing as the most credible voice in AI media and events, both in India and internationally.
  • Digital & Social Media Leadership: Lead and grow a social media team to increase engagement and reach across major platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube using innovative content and influencer programs.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize comprehensive campaigns for conferences, editorial initiatives, video projects, and special content reports.
  • Vertical-Specific Marketing: Drive tailored marketing for a variety of initiatives across leadership councils, research arms, club formats, international operations, and startup-focused platforms.
  • Growth & Performance Marketing: Own paid and organic growth strategies for audience expansion, event registrations, and content readership—ensuring all efforts align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Creative & Content Collaboration: Partner with content, video, and design teams to craft impactful campaign narratives and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Mentor and scale the marketing team, foster vendor and partner relationships, and build a high-performance marketing function.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing leadership roles within media, technology, or event-driven organizations.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand communications.
  • Proven record growing brand equity, scaling social presence, and executing B2B/B2C campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the AI/technology landscape, with a passion for storytelling and audience-centric strategy.
  • Hands-on leadership style, excellent collaborative and people management skills.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, email automation, influencer activity, and analytics tools is a strong plus.
