We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Client Services Lead who will spearhead business development efforts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep expertise in executive search, a strong network in the region, and proven success in client acquisition and business growth. This role is pivotal in driving Recfront's expansion across the region, tapping into new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Take ownership of generating new business and acquiring clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on the emerging technology, strategy, and consulting sectors.
- Client Acquisition: Identify new prospects, develop leads, and secure contracts with high-value clients across various industries.
- Market Penetration: Create and execute strategies to enter and expand in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets, leveraging Recfront's unique value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with senior leaders, decision-makers, and HR executives to drive client growth.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Recfront's brand and solutions at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build the firm’s profile and expand its client base.
- Team Development: While the initial focus will be on business development, there will be future opportunities to build and lead a team as the business grows in the region.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, business development, or sales within one of - Financial Services, Consulting, Technology or Oil & Gas industries with a focus on emerging tech, consulting, or strategy sectors.
- Proven success in identifying and acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and growing business in competitive markets.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and track record in launching new business ventures or expanding operations. A deep understanding of the UAE and Saudi Arabia recruitment landscape and market trends, with established industry networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work autonomously and drive growth with minimal oversight. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
