We are a rapidly growing talent acquisition agency expanding our presence in the US market. We are seeking a dynamic Growth Executive to spearhead our Inside Sales and Business Development efforts while building and leading teams for international market expansion.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Growth Executive to lead our Inside Sales and Business Development operations, focusing primarily on the US and Canada market. This role combines hands-on business development with strategic team leadership, requiring someone who can work during US business hours from India while leveraging cutting-edge lead generation technologies to connect with C-level executives in Technology and Consulting domains.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement strategic lead generation initiatives focused on the US recruitment market within Emerging Technology and Consulting sectors.
  • Consistently generate a high volume of qualified CXO-level contacts monthly by leveraging advanced AI-powered tools.
  • Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage prospects effectively.
  • Drive industry-leading response and conversion rates through targeted engagement and relationship-building efforts.
  • Develop and sustain a strong, healthy sales pipeline to support ongoing business growth.
  • Conduct strategic consultations with C-level prospects during optimal US business hours

Team Leadership & Market Expansion

  • Lead US market penetration strategy and execution
  • Build, train, and manage inside sales team as business scales
  • Develop expansion strategies for additional international markets (EMEA, APAC)
  • Create scalable processes and systems for team growth

Technology & Innovation

  • Master and implement latest lead generation tools and AI-powered platforms
  • Utilize advanced CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Stay current with recruitment industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Optimize conversion rates through data-driven approach and continuous testing

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • Minimum 5+ years in recruitment industry experience, with demonstrated success in lead generation and achieving revenue targets
  • US recruitment market expertise - must have direct experience working with US clients
  • Talent Acquisition agency background with demonstrated ability to generate new business
  • Job stability - history of consistent employment with previous employers
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. 

Technical Skills 

    • Proficiency with advanced lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Smartlead, Apollo etc.
    • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms
    • Knowledge of AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms
    • Advanced LinkedIn networking and InMail strategies
    • Multi-channel outreach campaign management

Communication & Leadership

    • Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
    • Leadership experience with track record of team building
    • Cultural adaptability for working with US clients from India
